Getting to the venue

Embark from Calata di Massa or Molo Beverello

Procida can be reached from two ports: Calata Porta di Massa and Molo Beverello, which are situated in Naples and are not far from each other. From the first harbor, you can reach Procida on a ferry, while the second one is intended for hydrofoils. The timetable for ferries and hydrofoil can be found here. We strongly suggest arriving at the ports no later than 20:30 as the last ferry and hydrofoils are at 21:55.

How to arrive from Naples Capodichino Airport

From Capodichino airport can reach one of the two ports, Molo Beverello and Calata di Massa, by taking a taxi or the bus called Alibus, which connects the airport and the city. The ticket costs 5 euros and can be purchased on board. If you choose to take a taxi, the fixed price is around 25 euros.  The taxi parking is right outside the terminal. The predetermined price of the ride is about 20/25 euros. We strongly advise you to ask for the price in advance to avoid being involved with unofficial taxies.

How to arrive from the Naples Central Station

If you arrive to Naples by train, one can go to either of the two ports (Molo Beverello or Calata di Massa) by bus, tram, taxi or metro (line 1). For your convenience, you can buy the bus ticket inside the Central train station. By Bus you can take the R2 bus from Naples Central Station to Piazza Municipio, which is close to the pots. The bus runs every 10-15 minutes, and the ride takes about 20 minutes. By Metro, from Naples Central Station, take the Line 1 metro towards Piscinola and get off at the Municipio or Università station. From there, it is a short walk to the harbors. Taxis are readily available outside Napoli Central Station and can take you directly to the harbor. The ride takes about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.

Once in Procida

You can find the bus stop right beside of the harbor from Capolinea Bus EAV di Procida (see picture below for directions), from where you can reach all the main locations of the island. You can take both bus L1 and L2. The stop adjacent to the venue is the eleventh coming from the port. The tickets can be purchased at the Capolinea Bus EAV di Procida and the price is 1.70€. Be aware that google maps is outdated about the buses, since it is reporting the old bus numbering. If you prefer to take a taxi, you can find them in the same area.  We have alerted one of the few taxi drivers of the island that speaks English. You can reach him, his name is Antonio, at this phone number  +39 339 31 44 891. Cost of taxi is 15€. If you prefer to walk it will take around 35 minutes.
